We can do the preselection of your future employees. Knowing your specific requirements and demands we will create a variety of specific tests to filter different abilities of the applicant. This can include language skills, technical knowledge, sustained loading capacity, retentiveness, spatial sense, concentrativeness and many more. At this stage, we can also evaluate a first and pre-informational psychological profile.  According to your wishes our software engineer will then develop the appropriate computer tests. The system will be set up and conducted on touch screens. Depending on the arrangement, 2Alpha will sort the applications at hand and will invite those, who accomplish the formal criteria given by you. Thereafter the preselection will sort out exactly these candidates having exactly the skills and abilities you are looking for at a certain level. This at that stage significally dezimated group is now ready for the personal screening of their flying skills and/ or their soft skills.
