At this stage we check the flying skills of the job candidate. Especially for non type rated pilots, a simple IFR procedure trainer is ideal to check someone’s flying abilities and level of airmanship. 2Alpha holds two fully IFR equipped fix base simulators. Upon your guidelines we will screen the pilot regarding his flying skills, IFR procedures, loading capacity and crew coordination. All flight maneuvers will be saved on paper by a plotter. For type rated pilots, the screening on a full motion simulator might be commendable.
